These are the terms you agree to when you use this website, sign up for Sigli Cloud or buy a Sigli licence. Please read them before you pay.
1. Who we are
Sigli is a product of Tradiant LLC, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@sigli.app.
2. What we sell
We sell Sigli, software for managing a team’s email signatures, in two ways:
- Sigli Cloud: the right to use Sigli as a service that we run at app.sigli.app, paid for by the month or the year.
- Sigli self-hosted: a licence to install Sigli on your own server, together with its complete source code. You are buying a permanent right to use and modify your copy, not the copyright and not a hosted service.
3. Buying and payment
Tradiant LLC is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may be due in your country; where we are obliged to charge VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you pay. If you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment is processed by Stripe.
4. Sigli Cloud: plans and billing
Creating an account, designing signatures and previewing them are free. A plan is needed to install signatures: to copy them, to use a person’s signature page, and to put them into Gmail or Outlook.
A plan covers a number of signatures for one month or one year, paid in advance. Each active person in your account counts as one signature; people you mark as left do not. If more people are active than your plan covers, the people who have been active longest are covered first, and the others wait until you raise the plan.
Prices follow the bands on our pricing page, each band charged at its own rate. A year costs eleven months. If you raise your plan during a period, you pay for the extra signatures for the rest of that period.
Plans do not renew on their own. We email you five days before the end of a period, and you pay again to continue. Signatures keep working for seven days after a period ends; after that, installing stops until you pay. Your designs, people and files are not deleted when a plan ends.
5. Sigli Cloud: your account
You are responsible for the people you give a login to, and for what they and your API keys do in your account. Keep your password and keys to yourself; you can revoke a key at any time.
Do not use Sigli to send unlawful content, to put links to malware or deceptive pages into signatures, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
We work to keep Sigli Cloud running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. You can ask us to close your account and delete its data at any time.
6. Self-hosted: what your licence lets you do
There are two licences. The one you bought is named on your invoice. Licence and installation includes the Single Company Licence.
Single Company Licence. Install and run Sigli on any number of servers owned or rented by your own company, for your own company’s brands, with as many people and users as you like. Change the code however you wish for your own use.
Agency Licence. Everything above, and in addition you may install and run Sigli for your clients, renamed as your own service, and charge them what you like for it.
Your licence does not expire. You may keep using your copy even if we stop trading.
7. Self-hosted: what your licence does not let you do
- Sell, give away, publish or share the source code we wrote, as a product, a template, a starter kit or a repository, whether changed or not.
- Offer Sigli itself to the general public as a competing sign-up service. Running it for your own named clients is allowed under the Agency Licence; opening it to the public is not.
- Remove or hide the third-party notices file or the licence notices in the code.
- Share your download link or licence key outside your company.
If you want to do something this section forbids, ask us. We are reasonable.
8. Open-source parts
Sigli is built on open-source software, which stays under its own licences. Section 7 binds the parts we wrote; it cannot take away any right an open-source licence already gives you over the open-source parts.
9. Accounts you connect are yours
Sigli connects to services you hold in your own name: a Google Workspace service account, a Microsoft Entra app, and the mail apps your team uses. You create those connections, you contract with those providers, you accept their terms, and you can disconnect them at any time. We are not liable if one of them changes, limits or withdraws what it offers.
Sigli uses these connections only to set signatures and to read your directory of people. It never reads, routes or stores email.
10. Your data
Everything you put into Sigli is yours: your designs, the details of your people, your images and your campaigns.
On Sigli Cloud we store it on your behalf, as your data processor, and use it only to run Sigli for you. You are the data controller for your people’s details. On a self-hosted install, it stays on your server and is not sent to us.
See our Privacy Policy for what we hold about you as a customer.
11. Updates and support
Sigli Cloud is always the current version. Self-hosted licences include 12 months of updates from the day you buy; your copy does not stop working when they end, you simply stay on the version you have.
Questions and support go to hello@sigli.app or the chat on this website. Support covers Sigli as we supply it. It does not cover changes you have made to the code, your server, your domain or the services you connect.
12. Refunds
Sigli Cloud: if Sigli is not right for you, write to hello@sigli.app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Self-hosted: because you receive the complete source code the moment you buy, sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded the files, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Write to hello@sigli.app.
A refund of a cryptocurrency payment is made in the same coin, at the value received, less network fees.
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind about digital content and services. For a download, you lose that right once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any right the law gives you.
13. Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into this website or Sigli Cloud, disrupt them, or use them to send anyone anything unlawful. The text, images and branding on them belong to us. The people and companies shown in our screenshots are made up.
14. No warranty
Sigli is provided “as is”. We have tested it and we use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose of yours. Mail apps change how they show signatures; check your signature in the apps your team uses before you rely on it.
15. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or any indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Sigli Cloud at any time by not renewing, or close your account by writing to us.
A self-hosted licence ends only if you break section 7 and do not put it right within 30 days of us telling you about it. If that happens you must stop using Sigli and delete your copies.
17. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.
18. The whole agreement
These terms, together with your invoice, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may change these terms; for Sigli Cloud the new terms apply from your next period, and for a licence the version you bought under is the version that applies to you.
