Before you buy
What you need to run it
A small Linux server with Docker
One app container and Caddy. Everything is kept in one database file and one folder of images, and video processing is built into the image.
A domain for the app
Such as signatures.yourcompany.com. Caddy gets the HTTPS certificate, which the Outlook add-in needs.
Your own Google and Microsoft apps
A Google Workspace service account for Gmail and directory sync, and a Microsoft Entra app for directory sync. The app walks you through both. Skip either if you do not use it.
Someone to look after it
Updates, backups and the server are yours to run. If you would rather not, Sigli Cloud is the same app run by us.

The things people ask before buying
What is the difference between Single company and Agency?
Single company covers your own business, with as many brands as you own. Agency lets you run signatures for clients as a service and put your own name on it. Both include the source code and the same bonuses.
How do updates work?
The first 12 months of updates are included. Your copy never stops working when they end: you stay on the version you have. The licence key only decides whether you are offered updates.
Do I need to register apps with Google and Microsoft?
Yes, if you want Gmail sync or directory import. You create a Google Workspace service account and, for Microsoft 365, an Entra app, both in your own organisation. Because they are internal to you, Google’s app verification does not apply. Sigli’s settings page lists each step.
Is it the same app as Sigli Cloud?
Yes, one codebase. The self-hosted edition has no billing and no per-signature limit, and only the first sign-up makes an account: after that, you invite your team.
Which mail apps does it work with?
Gmail on Google Workspace is updated directly, and the Outlook add-in covers Outlook on the web, the new Outlook, classic Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac. Everything else uses one-click copy and paste, with steps on each person’s signature page.
